There are several ways you can add a form to your website, depending on the website platform and other factors
you should select the option that fits your situation best.
- (Fastest) If you want to add a link to your site that opens a window to a form that we host, use our standard sign-up form link. The editing options are limited, but it’s great if you just need a quick form solution. You can share the link and use the link on your website.
- (WordPress Users) Using our free WordPress Plugin, you can make multiple forms and use WordPress shortcodes to add the forms on different pages on your website. After installing our plugin you can also integrate with some other third-party form capture tools WordPress form plugins like Wofoo, MailMunch, Privy, Divi, Gravity Forms, and Contact Form 7, that provide additional functionality and display options for matching your website design.
- (Most Options) Using an integrated third-party form capture tool, this is ideal if you desire to have more options on the style of your form, or if you want forms that trigger or pop-up on your page.
- (Most Flexibility) Generating an HTML form and adding it to your site – this option allows you to copy and paste HTML form code anywhere you need it. Be aware that if you don’t have experience coding in HTML and Javascript, this may not be the right choice for you.
- (Most Complex and Flexible) Using our API you can add contacts, for programmers only.
